Summer De-Bloating Smoothie
Ingredients for 1 serving
- 1 cup frozen pineapple(245 g)
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ english cucumber, cubed
- 1 tablespoon pure matcha powder
- 1 ginger root, 1 inch (2 1/2 cm) piece
- 1 ¼ cups coconut water(300 mL)
Preparation
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Mix until smooth. Add more coconut water as needed. For a thicker consistency, add more ice.
