Summer De-Bloating Smoothie

Ingredients for 1 serving

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple(245 g)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ english cucumber, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon pure matcha powder
  • 1 ginger root, 1 inch (2 1/2 cm) piece
  • 1 ¼ cups coconut water(300 mL)

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Mix until smooth. Add more coconut water as needed. For a thicker consistency, add more ice.
  3. Enjoy!
