We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied. You may return items for a store credit or refund minus processing fee, within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken upon use.

We deliver Nationwide in South Africa. We often subsidise our rates to offer the best options to our customers. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.

Are you able to ship to postal addresses?
To ensure the best possible shipping time and service to our customers, we currently only ship door to door. Easier for you and quicker for us to get your order directly to you!
How long does shipping take?
Delivery will take 3-5 working days.
What if my products are damaged?
If your product has been damaged or broken during transit, we will arrange to have it collected and replaced.
What payment types do you accept?
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and EFT transactions.
Are my Credit Card details safe?
We know how worried folks are about this but rest assured, they’re safe. We use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest level of encryption currently available. We use Payfast for credit card transactions.
